Why and on what basis

We use emails to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Server logs are processed for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless needed for an ongoing matter. Server logs are typically retained for no more than 30 days.
